Perform all of your dribble moves within a small area. If you’re on a court then practice this in the circle at half court. Spend 10 minutes doing every move you know. And do them as quickly as you can. The cross over, between the legs, behind the back, reverse. Dribble high, dribble low.
The idea is to get tired and do quick dribbling. Push yourself and get used to using different moves right after each other. When you do these dribbling moves right after each other it is a great work out and prepares you for game like situations when you’re tired and have to focus on dribbling.
