Develop Your Weak Hand



Constantly dribble with your weak hand. If your weak hand is poor at dribbling, then put your strong arm behind your back, so that you have to practice with your weak hand. If you have to, put tape around your strong have so you wont dribble with it.



A good exercise is to go 30 minutes with only dribbling with you weak hand. Go in-and-out, in-and-out between the legs, behind the back, pass against the wall. Just whatever you do, remember, don’t dribble with your strong arm. This 30 minute exercise will not only improve you handles for your weak arm, but also strengthen that weak arm and will make you better at driving to the lane, and staying composed when getting fouled.
