Just the Finger Tips

1.      When you dribble try to always use your finger tips. When you dribble with your finger tips and not your palm you get more control over the ball. The additional ball control will make you a quicker more versatile dribbler. Not to mention stronger fingers will help on defense when you have to rip down rebounds and steal the ball. Do the Bannana Squeeze to warm up!:

I suggest buying hand straps that force you to use your fingertips. After using straps it almost feels unnatural to dribbling with anything, but your fingertips. Visit youth-basketball-camps.com to find more information about the straps.
