Fade Aways are not your best friend


No fade away jump shots. Unless you’re Kobe Bryant and have practiced hundreds of thousands of shots, the fade away is a bad shot to take. When you fade away, you lose a lot of your strength in your shot. That’s why a lot of fade away shots come up short. Fading away when shooting is also a bad idea because you avoid drawing a foul. Moving away from your opponent gives you less of an opportunity to draw a foul and have an And 1. My question is, why fade away? Lower percentage shot and no And 1 opportunity. Fade away shots are easy to take but, a bad habit. Decide today to never do them!
